Life Sciences Policy Reports and Statements

The RIA Life Sciences Committee has instituted an occasional series of statements on issues of public interest in the Life Sciences, with the aim of informing and enthusing a general readership.
The second statement is entitled ‘Diet, Physical Activity and Health’ and has been written by Professors Philip Newsholme, Giuseppe De Vito and Colin Boreham. (June 2011)
The first statement is entitled ‘The Need for Life Sciences in Ireland’ and has been written by Professor Alex Evans (UCD) (February 2011).

Natural History Museum Report
The history of the museum has been covered in many publications. Its immediate needs are detailed in an internal report by its present staff.
