The Royal Irish Academy in association with Queen's University Belfast is offering ten radiocarbon dates per annum to be used for the purposes of Quaternary research in Ireland.

The offer is intended to assist non-commercial research projects only and priority will be given to applications which have no other sources of funding.

Applications should be made to the Royal Irish Academy Committee for Geosciences and will be judged by a subcommittee.
