Irish Historic Towns Atlas, no. 19, Dublin, part II, 1610 to 1756 by Colm Lennon (2008) represents the next in the series of the Irish Historic Towns Atlas and follows on from Dublin, part I, to 1610. It includes:
- a topographical information section that lists historical details for over 2,300 sites (streets, markets, schools etc) and an explanatory essay. Five thematic maps and period illustrations punctuate the text.
- Seventeen large format loose sheet facsimiles include several plans from the Dublin City Surveyors’ collection and reproductions of maps by:
- Speed, 1610;
- De Gomme, 1673;
- Phillips, 1685;
- Brooking, 1728;
- Rocque, 1756;
- An aerial view and ten large-format reproductions of paintings and prints of the city include those by:
- Place, 1698;
- Bate, c. 1699;
- Tudor, c. 1753;
