Royal Irish Academy Brexit Taskforce Survey now Online

10 May 2017

The RIA Brexit Taskforce invites all academics to complete a short survey.

In response to the UKs decision to leave the EU, the Royal Irish Academy has established a high-level taskforce to consider the implications of this decision on the research and higher education sectors in the North and South. The Taskforce aims to produce a high-level report identifying sector specific priorities and solutions for the respective HE sectors in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The taskforce has held a number of meetings to date and plans to publish a report by early July. In order to ensure that the report accurately reflects the views and concerns of the membership and other key stakeholders, the Academy has issued a short survey. The results of the survey will be used to ensure that policymakers fully understand the concerns of the academic community during this time of change.

The survey is available here
