Exhibition and Lunchtime Lectures commemorating the 350th anniversary of Jonathan Swift's birth now available has an online exhibition.

Curated by Dr Andrew Carpenter, MRIA and the Librarian, Siobhán Fitzpatrick, this Swift 350 exhibition will explore the writings of Jonathan Swift using the Academy collections of pamphlets, broadsides and Swift’s manuscript accounts book. Including loan items, the display will demonstrate Swift’s prodigious output in a variety of formats from illustrated editions of Gulliver’s Travels and the Drapier’s Letters to the Modest proposal and much more.

Wednesday 21 June, 1pm : 'Swift and books' by Professor Andrew Carpenter, MRIA, Emeritus Professor of English, UCD.

Wednesday 12 July, 1pm : 'Swift's Dublin' by Professor David Dickson, MRIA, Department of Modern History, TCD.

Wednesday 19 July, 1pm : 'Women in the writings of Jonathan Swift' by Dr Aileen Douglas, School of English, TCD.
