Grangegorman Histories work with TU Dublin

22 June 2020

Thousands of additional students and staff from the Technological University of Dublin (TU Dublin) will move to Grangegorman in 2020 and an ‘Induction Pack’ will be available in order to help them settle-in.

Grangegorman Histories has contributed brief historical information to the pack, so that new arrivals gain an early understanding of the heritage of the site and its importance to the history of Dublin and of Ireland more generally. In addition, we have collected a portfolio of historic images of Grangegorman that are available for display in the Lower House when it is re-opened and we are working on a history trail to be part of a landscaped walkway between the Lower House and the new East Quad.
