The Royal Irish Academy/Acadamh Ríoga na hÉireann champions research. We identify and recognise Ireland’s world class researchers. We support scholarship and promote awareness of how science and the humanities enrich our lives and benefit society. We believe that good research needs to be promoted, sustained and communicated. The Academy is run by a Council of its members. Membership is by election and considered the highest academic honour in Ireland.

DRI to co-host International Digital Data Curation conference 2020

The 15th edition of the International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC) will be run by the Digital Curation Centre in partnership with the Digital Repository of Ireland.

The 15th edition of the International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC) will be run by the Digital Curation Centre in partnership with the Digital Repository of Ireland. The conference will be hosted at Croke Park, Dublin, from 17-20 February 2020.

The theme of the conference is: 'Collective Curation: the many hands that make data work' and the call for papers is now open.
