The RIA, the National Monuments Service and the Historic Environment Division invites applications for Archaeology Research Grants scheme closing on Monday, 5 April 2021.

Archaeology Research Grants

The Royal Irish Academy also invites applications for the annual Archaeology Research Grants Scheme in partnership with the National Monuments Service (Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage), and the Historic Environment Division (Department for Communities, NI). Following on from the success of last year this scheme will once again operate on an all-island basis.

This scheme welcomes applications which focus on an innovative and standalone research question with a standalone research answer into which research might provide an original contribution to archaeological knowledge.
