The original website "" was run by the Digital Humanities Observatory (DHO) and gave access to a wide range of Irish digitised cultural heritage. This material was provided to the Digital Humanities Observatory by a number of contributing institutions and organisations, which in many cases, own the rights in the information provided. While the original website is no longer available, the raw data from the website can is still accessible via the DHO: Discovery page.

These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions of use of that information and any content made available from it (including other dissemination methods such as RSS feeds and API's provided by The raw data from the original "" website is hereafter referred to as 'the Website'.
