1916 Portraits and Lives exhibition opens at Pearse Museum
To mark the opening of the 1916 Portraits and Lives exhibition, the Pearse Museum will host a conversation between historian James Quinn and artist David Rooney on Thursday, 16 February at 19.30.
They will discuss the lives and portraits of some of the 42 figures that feature in the book and exhibition 1916 Portraits and Lives.

1916 Portraits and Lives is a selection of 40 articles from the Royal Irish Academy’s Dictionary of Irish Biography, dealing with 42 men and women whose careers, in one way or another, were deeply involved with the Easter rising of 1916. Find more information about 1916 Portraits and Lives here.
